The CPQ Analyst has responsibility for:
The candidate will work with customers, peers and management to ensure proper prioritization and implementation of systems changes related to product build and maintenance with the CPQ platform.
The candidate will be expected to maintain and augment the existing CPQ system to standards agreed with the business community using the product.
The candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering customer centric systems solutions in relation to product configuration set-up, development, and maintenance.
They will be expected to adhere to the System Development Life Cycle process to ensure quality results.
The candidate will lead product-related projects to ensure requirements are delivered satisfactorily.
Knowledge Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3+ years of experience
Bachelor’s degree
Valuable problem-solving skills/analytical skills
Project management skills
Engineering/materials handling experience OR Oracle CPQ Cloud experience
Understanding of sales process/commercial awareness.
