We have a very lean business team in Gurgaon which currently has 5 people.

Roles & Responsibilities
Automation of Accounting Processes (using AI)
GST & MCA Compliance - GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B data preparation, APOB Addition, Export Refunds
Billing & Accounting - Supply chain, Cashflows,



Accounting, Invoicing etc.
Global Export Compliances - Compliance while launching to a new country - Clearance, Tax, Rebates etc.
Margin improvement across the business by cost reduction & optimizations
Organic & Food Safety compliance

Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in Startups - Accounting & GST
Tech Savvy and hands on with AI tools
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, 1mg, Tata Cliq, etc.)
Any degree :). The most significant is a hunger to learn and grow! (This role is not for Chartered Accountant)
Should be really valuable at Excel
