Shadowfax is looking for experienced specialists to join our Last Mile Operations team as Hub Incharge / Team Leader!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end last-mile hub operations.
Lead rider hiring, onboarding, and workforce management.
Monitor key operational metrics, including OFD, FASR, FPSR, DSR, FIFO, and COD.
Ensure smooth day-to-day hub operations and timely deliveries.
Lead on-ground teams and drive operational excellence.
Resolve operational challenges and maintain productivity.
Mandatory Requirements:
Prior experience in Last Mile Operations.
Hands-on experience in Rider Hiring and Rider Management.
Solid team management and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of local geography and PIN codes.
