Role Description The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day customer interactions through phone, email, and online channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries. This full-time role is on-site, based in the Mohali district, and involves resolving customer issues, guiding customers through processes, and documenting cases in the support system. The executive will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and troubleshoot technical or service-related problems, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and empathy. The role also includes monitoring customer feedback,



contributing to service improvements, and supporting initiatives that enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage queries and issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Online Support skills to ensure a positive and responsive customer experience across channels.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support skills to understand, troubleshoot, and communicate solutions for basic technical problems.
- Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Mohali district and managing rotational shifts if required.
- Candidates should have prior experience in customer-facing roles; experience in BPO or service industries is an advantage.
- Candidates should hold at least a high school diploma; a degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Candidates should be proficient with computers, CRM tools, and basic office software.
