About the Role

ServCrust is looking for an experienced General Manager – Sales to lead sales strategy, drive revenue growth, expand

market presence and strengthen key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver sales, revenue, margin, and growth targets.

• Develop and execute sales plans across regions.

• Drive acquisition of EPC companies, builders, contractors, developers, and institutional customers.

• Lead and mentor regional sales teams.

• Manage key accounts and strategic customer relationships.

• Identify new markets, geographies, and business opportunities.

• Lead commercial negotiations and closure of high-value deals.

• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, conversions, and team performance.

• Coordinate with operations, procurement, logistics, and finance for smooth execution.

• Track market trends, competition, pricing, and customer demand.

• Improve customer retention, repeat business, and collection efficiency.

Candidate Profile





• 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.

• Strong experience in sales leadership and team management.

• Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.

• Experience in construction materials, infrastructure, EPC, aggregates, cement, steel, or related industries preferred.

• Strong negotiation, commercial, and key account management skills.

• Good understanding of sales forecasting, margins, collections, and market expansion.

• Solid communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

• Willingness to travel as required.

Revenue growth, margin achievement, customer acquisition, key account growth, pipeline conversion, collection efficiency, and team performance.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is preferred
