We are hiring for a Senior Finance & Operations Controller to oversee finance, procurement, inventory, payroll and HR admin across our Group companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review daily transactions in Zoho Books and fix errors

• Send weekly reports: receivables, payables, sales, cash flow, bank reconciliation, petty cash

• Prepare monthly P&L; and balance sheet for each company, plus consolidated Group reports and budget vs actuals

• Prepare the annual budget, support audits, and track tax/VAT across Nigeria and the UAE

• Monitor FX exposure (NGN, AED, USD, GBP, SGD)

• Handle procurement end to end: order planning, supplier negotiation, POs, LCs, shipping documents, customs and logistics

• Prepare landed-cost sheets and update costs in Zoho Inventory

• Track stock across branches and flag expiring and slow-moving items

• Forecast demand from sales data and prepare the procurement budget

• Process monthly payroll for all entities • Manage expat staff records, UAE visas/Emirates IDs, leave and gratuity calculations

• Track rent, insurance and recurring payments with advance alerts

• Monitor customer credit limits and support collections

• Set up the new Dubai company (licensing,



free zone, bank account, PRO) and manage its finance and admin

• Manage Zoho admin, build KPI dashboards and write SOPs

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• 10+ years in finance, as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager or Group Accountant

• Strong hands-on Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory experience

• Multi-company accounting and consolidation

• Trading / import-export background, with LC, customs and landed costing knowledge

• Procurement, inventory and demand planning experience

• UAE exposure: VAT, visas, gratuity

• Multi-currency handling and payroll experience

• Able to work remotely on WAT hours VALUABLE TO HAVE

• CA / CMA / ACCA / CPA

• Nigeria or Africa market experience

• UAE company setup experience

Working Hours: West Africa Time (WAT, UTC+1). Approx. 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
