Sentient Industries Pvt. Ltd. (SentientX) is looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to join our team at Bodh Gaya, Bihar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
- Monitor workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers.
- Manage inventory, stock, procurement, and logistics.
- Maintain operational records, MIS reports, and documentation.
- Supervise on-ground staff and resolve operational challenges.
- Support cost control and process improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in BCA, BBA, or MBA.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in operations, administration,



or logistics.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.

Job Details:

- Location: Bodh Gaya, Bihar
- Experience: 2–5 years
- Salary: Up to 50,000 per month
- Employment Type: Full-time | In office
