Project &
Technical Delivery: Own end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring timely execution, quality, scope management, and alignment with business objectives.
Technical Leadership: Demonstrate a robust understanding of software development practices, .NET technologies, application architecture, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Agile &
Scrum Management: Drive Agile/Scrum practices, facilitate effective ceremonies, improve sprint planning and execution, and enhance team velocity and delivery predictability.
Team Leadership &
Accountability: Lead cross-functional engineering teams, establish explicit ownership, remove blockers, and drive teams toward committed delivery outcomes.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, communicate delivery progress, manage expectations, and provide clear visibility into risks and dependencies.
Risk &
Dependency Management: Proactively identify delivery risks, manage dependencies, develop mitigation plans, and resolve escalations effectively.
Continuous Improvement: Use delivery metrics, sprint performance, team velocity, and quality indicators to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen execution.
Engineering Productivity &




AI: Identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools and engineering practices to improve developer productivity, code quality, testing efficiency, and delivery outcomes.
Quality &
Governance: Ensure adherence to engineering standards, delivery governance, release management processes, and continuous improvement practices.

Required Skills &
Qualifications
Strong experience in Project Delivery / Technical Delivery Management.
Good understanding of .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, and Web API.
Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles and the end-to-end SDLC.
Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering software projects.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience with risk management, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and escalation management.
Ability to track delivery metrics, improve team performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Exposure to AI-powered development tools and engineering productivity improvements is an advantage.
