About the Role The role will lead the organisation's
fundraising and partnerships function, with ownership of building
new opportunities, strengthening existing partnerships, and
developing strategies to support long-term growth. Key
Responsibilities Lead fundraising and partnership strategy and
execution. Identify and develop new funding and partnership
prospects. Drive end-to-end fundraising and partnership
initiatives. Support strategic collaborations and ecosystem
engagement. Build systems and processes to strengthen the
fundraising and partnerships function. Ideal Candidate 10+ years of
experience in fundraising, partnerships, business development,
consulting, investing, or a founder/CXO role. Proven experience in
building partnerships, raising funds, or driving business
development. Solid communication and stakeholder management
skills. Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and unstructured
environment. Robust ownership mindset and ability to build from the
ground up.
