PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCTION PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT.

*STORONG KNOWLEGDE OF MANPOWER PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT.

*EXPERIENCE IN OFFICE STAFF PLANNING AND ADMINISTRATION.

*ABILITY TO COORDINATE WITH AND HANDLE ALL GOVERMNMENT DEPARTMENTS.
COMPREHENSIVE KNOWLEDGE FO FATORY AMCHINERY. INCLUDING ITS OPERATION AND MAINTANANCE.

Preferred candidate profile

*Candidate should have relevant exdperience in th emanufacturing industry. perferably in th spice or food amnufacturing sector.

*Must have stong knowled ge of production planning and exectuion.
sSould be capable of manpower planning . workforce management, and shift wise superviosr allocation.
Must have exerience in office staff managemnet and administarative planning,
Should have practical knowledge of factory machinery. operation. maintenance. and troubleshoting.

*Shouldbe capable of independently managing overall factory operations and coordinating with all departments.

*Robust leadership, communication. problem - solving, and decision-making skills are essential.

*Peeferance will be given to candidates who can independently manage the entire plantand ensure smooth, productive. and compliant operations.
