Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Microsoft SCCM infrastructure.
Deploy operating systems, software packages, and updates across enterprise settings.
Manage Windows desktop and laptop lifecycle management.
Perform patch management and ensure endpoint compliance.
Create and manage SCCM collections, packages, applications, task sequences, and deployment policies.
Troubleshoot SCCM client and server-related issues.
Configure and maintain OS imaging and deployment processes.
Monitor SCCM infrastructure health and performance.
Support software packaging and application deployment activities.
Implement endpoint security controls and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams.
Generate reports and dashboards related to patch compliance and device inventory.
Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh projects.
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
