Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day production activities in the respective manufacturing area.
Ensure production activities are carried out as per SOP, GMP and safety guidelines.
Monitor equipment, processes and production parameters.
Maintain batch records, logbooks and other production documentation.
Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering and other departments.
Ensure proper cleaning, sterilization and contamination-control practices.
Support troubleshooting and process improvement activities.
Ensure timely completion of production targets.
Candidate Profile:
4+ years of relevant experience in Injectables / Formulation / Biotech / Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Experience in any of the following areas is preferred:
Washing & Sterilization
Cell Culture
Media Preparation
Concentration
