Job Description
CareOff is looking for an experienced iOS Developer to develop and maintain features for our caregiver app, including real-time calling, live location tracking, identity verification, and payment processing.
Responsibilities
Develop iOS features using Swift and SwiftUI.
Follow Clean MVVM architecture and write reusable, maintainable code.
Integrate real-time voice/video calling and messaging using Twilio and WebSockets.
Implement background location tracking, VoIP push notifications, and CallKit.
Integrate REST APIs and payment solutions.
Build accessible and localized user interfaces in English and Hindi.
Write unit tests and collaborate with the team to deliver reliable features.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of iOS development experience.
Experience building and publishing apps on the Apple App Store.
Robust knowledge of Swift and SwiftUI.
Experience with Swift Concurrency (async/await, actors, @MainActor).
Understanding of Combine, Clean Architecture, and protocol-oriented programming.
Experience with REST APIs, Codable, and error handling.
Familiarity with Swift Package Manager (SPM), Git, and Jira.
Positive to Have
Experience with Twilio SDKs, CoreLocation, Firebase, or Cashfree payments.
Knowledge of identity verification (KYC) workflows.
Experience with XCTest and automated testing.
