Hands-on experience with MCA/ROC filings and compliance.
Knowledge of DPDP Act, GDPR, and data privacy frameworks.
Solid organizational, coordination, and deadline-management skills.
Familiarity with DocuSign, contract management tools, Notion, or Jira.
