Lenskart is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting eyewear, achieve sales targets, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
Recommend suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories based on customer needs.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Assist customers with product features, pricing, offers, and after-sales services.
Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.




Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Build solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Eligibility
02 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Experience in eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, telecom, electronics, or organized retail is preferred.
