Job Description:

We are looking for a Trainer Executive with hands-on experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or API manufacturing to train plant personnel in protected and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver technical, safety, and operational training for production, operations, maintenance, and utility teams.
Conduct employee induction, shop-floor training, and on-the-job training (OJT).
Train employees on chemical processes, plant equipment, SOPs, process safety, PPE, PTW, LOTO, and emergency response.
Prepare training materials, competency assessments, and operator certification programs.




Maintain training records, competency matrices, and training effectiveness reports.
Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Identify skill gaps and conduct refresher training based on incidents, audits, and process changes.
Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of chemical plant operations and unit processes.
Hands-on experience with reactors, distillation, centrifuges, dryers, and other plant equipment.
Knowledge of process safety, SOPs, HAZOP, PTW, and LOTO.
Good communication, presentation, and practical training skills.
Ability to train shop-floor operators and contract workers.
