About Us
Apex Venture runs Mum & Mini, a trusted maternity, newborn and kids store in JP Nagar, Bangalore. For over 10 years we have helped parents through every stage, from pregnancy to the growing-up years. We carry pregnancy essentials, newborn products, baby gear, and feeding and diapering items, along with garments, footwear and accessories for mothers and for kids up to 14 years.
What you’ll do
Maintain the books of accounts accurately and keep them up to date
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, and track pending payments
Maintain the daily cash book and record bank transactions
Do regular bank reconciliations and resolve any mismatches
Check supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods received
Follow up with suppliers on debit notes, credit notes and invoice discrepancies until they’re settled
Prepare and file GST returns on time
Calculate, deduct and file TDS,
and issue TDS certificates
Prepare reports and support audits as needed
What we’re looking for
B.Com or M.Com (or equivalent)
At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail or trading
Valuable knowledge of Tally (or similar accounting software)
Hands-on experience with GST and TDS filing
Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Able to communicate clearly in English with suppliers
Organised, accurate and trustworthy with financial records
Willing to work from our JP Nagar warehouse, 11 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday

Location: Mum & Mini warehouse, JP Nagar, Bangalore
Type: Full time, work from office (this is not a work-from-home role; you must come to the warehouse daily)
Timings: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
