Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and assess students with special educational needs and learning difficulties.
Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
Provide individual and small-group academic interventions.
Collaborate with teachers to implement inclusive teaching strategies and classroom accommodations.
Monitor and document students academic, behavioural, and developmental progress.
Coordinate with parents, teachers, counsellors, and other specialists.
Maintain student records, assessment reports, and intervention documentation.
Promote an inclusive, supportive, and secure learning setting.
Conduct awareness sessions for teachers and parents on special education and inclusive practices.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a school.
