Responsibilities
Support and maintain Manhattan Active Omni/OMS applications.
Monitor orders, inventory, fulfilment, returns, and shipments.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Manage integrations with WMS, ERP, POS, and e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve issues.
Support enhancements, testing, deployments, and documentation.
Ensure SLA adherence and system availability.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience with Manhattan Active Omni/OMS.
Solid understanding of order management and retail operations.
Knowledge of omnichannel fulfilment processes.
Experience in production support and incident management.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, and middleware.
SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and data validation.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
