Role & responsibilities
4+ years of overall IT experience in Salesforce, CRM, data management, or related technologies.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 / Salesforce Data Cloud.
Robust understanding of Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, and data mapping.
Practical experience with identity resolution and unified customer profiles.
Experience with calculated insights, segmentation, and data activation.
Knowledge of data ingestion, transformation, harmonization, and integration concepts.
Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating Salesforce Data 360 with CRM and external systems.
Understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), customer data models, and data quality principles.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
