Required Skills
6 to 10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and to work as an individual contributor
Solid hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and Boolean search, Linked-In, and other job portals.
Excellent candidate sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
Experience handling multiple positions and recruitment targets.
Positive negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
