Role & responsibilities :

Prepare and verify RA bills, subcontractor bills, and client bills.

Calculate quantities of RCC, reinforcement steel, shuttering, and concrete works.

Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and measurement sheets.

Verify executed work quantities against approved drawings and specifications.

Handle billing for RCC works and high-rise building projects.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams.

Maintain billing records, cost statements, and supporting documentation.

Ensure accuracy of measurements and timely submission of bills.

Identify and resolve billing discrepancies with the concerned teams.

Required Skills :

Robust knowledge of RCC works and high-rise construction projects.

Experience in civil billing, quantity surveying, and BOQ preparation.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.

Valuable coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
