Job Description: Executive - HR
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: VP - Human Resources
Job Summary
To manage recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, statutory compliance coordination, employee documentation, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer letters.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate PF and ESI registrations, corrections, and employee-related queries with consultants.
Track probation, confirmations, transfers, and employee exit formalities.
Coordinate full and final settlement inputs, relieving letters, and asset clearance.
Support HR administration, employee engagement, training, and policy implementation.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, recruitment trackers,



and employee databases.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely closure of approved vacancies.
Completion of employee onboarding and documentation.
Accuracy of attendance, payroll inputs, and employee records.
Timely PF and ESI coordination.
Timely completion of HR operations and exit formalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 5 years in HR and Administration.
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, or a relevant degree.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, payroll, PF, and ESI coordination.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS.
Positive communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Manufacturing, retail, or building materials industry experience will be an added advantage.
