Roles & Responsibilities

> Plan and film interviews, doctor-led explainers, treatment footage, clinic stories and other social content.

> Work confidently with camera, lighting and audio equipment, and adapt when filming on a smartphone is appropriate.

> Edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts with transparent pacing, purposeful structure, readable on-screen text and platform-appropriate framing.

> Edit YouTube videos, interviews and educational content into well-structured pieces with a clear narrative, clean audio, considered pacing, supporting visuals and graphics where useful.

> Set up lighting that represents skin tones accurately, record clean dialogue, and apply natural colour correction, consistent framing and professional sound treatment.

> Capture procedures and consultations respectfully and without disrupting clinical work.

> Create consistent before-and-after documentation using comparable angles, lighting and camera settings.

> Work with the brand and social media team on briefs, shoot plans, feedback and delivery timelines.

> Incorporate review comments and maintain organised project files.

> Keep treatment information accurate, avoid misleading retouching or exaggerated claims, and ensure content is reviewed by the appropriate clinical stakeholder before publication.

Mandatory Skills:





> Strong Videographer & Video Editor Profile with hands-on production and desktop editing across short and long-form

> Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 1+ years practical videography and video-editing experience, backed by a portfolio

> Mandatory (Skill 1): Must be able to plan and film interviews, doctor-led explainers, treatment footage and clinic stories, working confidently with camera, lighting and audio (and able to shoot well on an iPhone when needed)

> Mandatory (Skill 2): Must be able to edit short-form (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, vertical 9:16) with clear pacing, on-screen text and platform-appropriate framing

> Mandatory (Skill 3): Must be able to edit long-form (YouTube 16:9, interviews, educational content) into well-structured pieces with clean audio, considered pacing and supporting graphics

> Mandatory (Skill 4): Must have good judgement on colour correction, especially natural and accurate skin tones, with clean lighting and professional sound treatment

> Mandatory (Skill 5): Must be organised and reliable managing footage, project files, deadlines and feedback, and calm, discreet and qualified around doctors and patients

> Mandatory (Tech skill 1): Must have strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro, with familiarity with After Effects or equivalent for motion graphics/text animation

> Mandatory (Tech skill 2): Must use desktop-based editing workflows (mobile template apps alone are not sufficient)

> Preferred (Domain): Experience in skincare, aesthetics, dermatology, beauty, wellness or healthcare content
