Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and skilled Content Creator cum Videographer who can conceptualise, shoot, edit, and deliver engaging digital content for our brand's social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, visual storytelling, videography, and content creation, with the ability to create high-quality promotional videos, reels, and engaging brand content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

- Develop creative content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging reels, promotional videos, brand stories, and campaign content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio, and content formats.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Develop creative concepts for offers, promotions, events, and brand campaigns.

2. Videography & Photography

- Shoot high-quality videos and photographs for salon services, products, events, and promotional activities.
- Capture before-and-after transformations, customer experiences, and service demonstrations.
- Handle skilled cameras, smartphones, lighting, gimbals, and other shooting equipment.
- Ensure proper lighting, framing, composition, and video quality.

3. Video Editing

- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional campaigns, and advertisements.
- Add suitable transitions, music, sound effects, subtitles, and animations.




- Deliver creative and professionally edited content within deadlines.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, colours, and visual standards.

4. Brand & Marketing Support

- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Visit different branches for content shoots and promotional activities.
- Capture staff activities, customer testimonials, training sessions, and special events.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain an organised library of photos, videos, and creative assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation and videography.
- Positive knowledge of video shooting, photography, and editing.
- Proficiency in applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content strategies.
- Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel to different branches for shoots.
- A portfolio or previous work samples are mandatory.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in the beauty, salon, fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry will be preferred.
- Should be energetic, creative, proactive, and passionate about digital content.
- Must have good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
