What you'll do

- Edit 30–90 sec vertical videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn

- Create strong hooks, tight pacing, animated captions (Hindi/Hinglish/English), motion graphics, B-roll, SFX and music

- Cut long talking-head recordings into multiple short clips

- Follow each brand's fonts, colours and tone

- Suggest new reel ideas and trending formats every week

Turnaround

- One 60-sec reel delivered within 1 working day; revisions the same day

5–7 finished videos a week

- Final MP4 (1080×1920) + editable project file for every video

Creative ownership

You get the footage and the topic — you decide the hook, captions, graphics, B-roll and music. Fix weak moments on your own, and ask only when a real decision is needed.

Skills required

- Must have: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut

- Good to have: DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Audition, Illustrator, Canva

- Comfortable with AI tools for captions,



audio cleanup and background removal
- A portfolio of short-form videos, ideally with view/engagement numbers

Experience required

- 2–4 years of professional video editing

- At least 1 year editing Reels/Shorts for brands, creators or agencies

- Experience with talking-head, explainer or educational content

- Proven record of fast turnaround on daily content

- Positive to have: legal, finance or awareness-based content experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
