Role Purpose

Lead the end-to-end execution of the Gigafactory project, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, infrastructure readiness and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Greenfield Gigafactory project from planning to commissioning.
- Develop and drive the overall project master plan, timelines and critical milestones.
- Coordinate civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and utility infrastructure.
- Manage consultants, EPC contractors, vendors and project partners.
- Drive CAPEX planning, budget control and cost monitoring.
- Ensure timely completion of plant infrastructure and utilities.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, IT/MES and HR.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and drive timely resolution of critical issues.




- Lead project reviews and management reporting to the CEO / Business Head.
- Coordinate required statutory approvals and project compliances.

Ideal Candidate

- 18–25+ years of experience in large-scale manufacturing project execution.
- Proven experience in Greenfield plant / Gigafactory setup.
- Experience in Battery, EV, Energy Storage, Automotive, Electronics or advanced manufacturing preferred.
- Strong experience in CAPEX projects, plant infrastructure and commissioning.
- Proven ability to manage large project teams, contractors and multiple stakeholders.
- Robust project planning, cost control and execution capabilities.
