Department: Medical Operations / Insurance Coordination – private Insurers
Preferred Experience
Minimum 15 years of experience, preferably in the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) industry.
Strong experience in managing medical operations and coordination with Insurance
Companies (ICs).
Qualification
MBBS / BAMS / BHMS.
Work Location & Mode:
Candidate must be willing to work from the office (Work from Office – WFO).
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. TAT Management: Ensure adherence to defined Turnaround Times (TATs) for all private Insurance Companies (ICs).
2. SPOC & Doctor Coordination
3. Attendance & Administrative Management
4. Stakeholder Coordination/ Supervision
Preferred Candidate Profile: A senior medical skilled with strong leadership, operational management, team-handling, preferably with extensive experience in the TPA industry. Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
