- Deal origination:
- Maintain close relationship with existing clients and develop new relationships
- Pro-actively engage with clients to originate business across the entire product suite of the Bank – Trade products (LC, BG, Bill discounting, Export Finance), Cash Management, Account Bank, FX & Derivatives, Treasury services including remittances and hedges, Project Finance and Structured Finance products and any other products that provide appropriate solution to customer needs.
- Actively pitch new financing ideas / tailored financial solutions to clients by leveraging on industry knowledge, expertise and risk assessment.
- Identity and monitor market developments and opportunities including but not limited to business matching opportunities with global relationship clients

- Deal execution:

- Lead execution process: review / preparation of credit proposals, review financial models, structuring and negotiation of Term Sheet, documentation and disbursement.
- Liaise with various internal, external stakeholders (banks, advisors, legal firms etc.) and clients as necessary
- Guide junior members on origination and execution process
- Assist in advisory mandates when selected and prepare materials for client with regards to deal execution

Experience & skills o MBA or CA (first attempt)



o Good written and verbal communications skillso 7-12 years of relevant work experience, preferably in M&A; / project finance / structured finance. Experience in M&A; would be viewed favourably o Work experience in the Energy and Infrastructure space with direct experience in Renewable energy would be given preference.

o Good understanding of loan documentation o Valuable transaction structuring skills and understanding of credit process o Financial modelling skills o Ability to work independently on jobs assigned o Ability to guide and mentor junior members o Good client network and relationship with other sector participants o Positive personality with strong work ethics and analytical skills o Independent, self-motivated and strong team player with ability to work in multicultural team
