Role Description The Veterinary Assistant role at VetXplore Growth Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting veterinary teams with daily animal care routines, including feeding, grooming, handling, and monitoring patients under supervision.

Assistant helps maintain clean and safe clinical areas, prepares examination rooms, and assists with basic procedures as guided by veterinary professionals. In addition, the role includes interacting with clients,



explaining basic pet care instructions, and ensuring a positive, respectful experience for clients and their animals.

Qualifications

- Strong Animal Care and Pet Care skills, including safe handling, basic husbandry, and patient monitoring.
- Ability to provide Client Education on routine pet care, preventive health, and post-visit instructions.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, clear communication, and client support.
- Foundational understanding of Veterinary Medicine concepts relevant to assisting with examinations and procedures.
- Ability to follow clinical protocols, maintain hygiene standards, and manage basic administrative tasks.
- Prior experience in a veterinary clinic, animal shelter, or pet care facility is highly beneficial.
- Certificate or diploma in veterinary assistant training, animal science, or a related field is preferred.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting.
