Operate and monitor vacuum forming machines as per production plans.
- Perform machine setup, mold changing, parameter setting, and trial runs.
- Ensure proper heating, forming, trimming, and cooling of plastic sheets.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections as per quality standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine or process-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain production records, rejection reports, and machine logs.
- Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams for smooth operations.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and report machine abnormalities.
- Maintain 5S standards and ensure workplace cleanliness.
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and company policies during operations.
