Job Title: US Tax Preparer (4+ Years of Experience)

Location: Remote; but must relocate during season time (Jan -Apr)

Employment Type: Full-time About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced US Tax Preparer with at least 4 years of hands-on expertise in preparing and reviewing US tax returns for individuals, businesses, and corporations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Drake Tax Software and capable of handling tax forms including 1040, 1120, 1065, and related schedules. This role requires a detail-oriented qualified who can ensure compliance with IRS and state regulations while managing deadlines efficiently.Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review US federal and state tax returns for individuals (1040), corporations (1120), partnerships (1065), and other relevant entities.
- Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and state tax laws.
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial records and recommend appropriate tax strategies.
- Manage tax filings, extensions, and amendments with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with clients to gather financial data, clarify tax-related queries,



and provide guidance.
- Stay updated with changes in US tax laws, codes, and regulations.
- Support the team during peak tax season and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in US tax preparation across individual, business, and corporate returns.
- In-depth knowledge of US tax codes, compliance requirements, and filing procedures.
- Proficiency in Drake Tax Software is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of tax forms (1040, 1120, 1065) and related schedules.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Immediate availability preferred

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
