Responsibilities :

- Handle live customer chats on US individual tax returns (1040, 1040-SR, 1040-NR).

- Give timely, accurate, qualified answers and resolve queries on your own.

- Aim for first-contact resolution in a single chat, within turnaround time and service levels.

- Document key notes and outcomes so other experts can refer back.

- Give correct guidance and next steps, in line with US tax laws and compliance rules.

Requirements :

- 3+ years’ hands-on experience preparing, reviewing or supporting US individual returns

- Knowledge of live chat / expert assist models

- Bachelor’s in accounting or finance (MBA preferred)

- Strong written and spoken English (B2+ or higher)

- Plain, jargon-free explanations without overpromising

Pay: ₹840,000.00 - ₹980,000.00 per year
