Who Are We Looking For?
- Prior experience in the US Staffing / Recruitment industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to connect with candidates and convert leads into successful enrollments
- Experience in candidate onboarding and relationship management
- A proactive and target-driven mindset
What Will You Do?
- Connect with potential candidates exploring US career opportunities.
- Introduce our recruitment services and guide candidates through the enrollment process.
- Drive candidate registrations, onboarding, and successful enrollments.
- Build strong relationships and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving sales and enrollment targets.
