US IT Recruiter Associate

Work Hours: US EST/CST shift

About the Role

We’re looking for a US IT Recruiter Associate to join our US IT staffing team. You’ll work on both sides of the business: recruiting candidates for open requirements and marketing our bench consultants to US vendors and clients. You’ll get hands-on training in the full US contract staffing cycle.

What You’ll Do

Recruiting

- Source candidates on LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder
- Screen candidates by phone for skills, visa status, location, and rate
- Explain job requirements to candidates and get their resumes ready
- Submit candidates to vendors and clients and coordinate interviews

Bench Marketing

- Find open contract requirements from job boards and vendor emails
- Match bench consultants to the right requirements
- Send consultant profiles to US prime vendors and end clients by email and phone
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, and feedback

General

- Build relationships with vendor recruiters and account managers
- Track submissions, candidates,



and vendor contacts in the ATS/CRM
- Report daily activity to your team lead

What We’re Looking For
- Currently studying or recently graduated (Business, IT, HR, or a related field)
- Strong spoken and written English, with a clear, professional phone presence
- Comfortable with cold calling and emailing US vendors and candidates
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a quick-paced setting
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
- Willing to work US business hours

Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of IT roles
- Understanding of US work authorizations (H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, TN) and employment types (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Familiarity with terms like prime vendor, implementation partner, end client, and bill rate vs. pay rate
- Prior recruiting or sales experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
