About the Role
We are looking for experienced US Non-IT Recruiters to support our growing recruitment operations across healthcare and other non-IT industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US non-IT requirements.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Recruit for roles across engineering, manufacturing, administrative, finance, and other non-IT domains.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and drive the submission process.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Recruitment Managers to understand client expectations.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on submissions, interviews, and placements.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Non-IT recruitment.
- Positive understanding of US hiring practices and recruitment processes.
- Experience sourcing candidates for healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, or other non-IT positions.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in US time zones and achieve recruitment targets. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
