Shift- Night Shift (Gurgaon , Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Recruiters on Healthcare, ensuring performance targets are consistently met
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for US-clients (W2) across Healthcare domain.
- Build solid relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering quality candidates
- Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, submission deadlines, and quality parameters
- Monitor daily/weekly team performance and recruitment metrics
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and market trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in US Non-IT, with at least 1-2 year in a team lead or supervisory role
- Deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099),



visa classifications, and tax terms
- Strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS/CRM tools
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams
- Proficiency in using Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) portals.

Working days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday fixed off) Other Benefits & Perks
