US IT Sales Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic US IT Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for various US-based job requirements. The candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of US IT staffing, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment platforms.

- Understand US IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.

- Contact candidates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.

- Explain job opportunities, responsibilities, and client requirements to candidates.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and selection status.

- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT consultants and candidates.





- Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements.

- Negotiate pay rates and discuss contract opportunities when required.

- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic understanding of US IT Staffing and Recruitment.

- Knowledge of IT technologies and job roles is an advantage.

- Valuable candidate sourcing and screening skills.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals.

- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to work in the US shift.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good English communication skills are required.
