Role Summary

We’re seeking an organized, hands-on IT Staffing Operations or Delivery Executive to support sales or talent acquisition activities in US IT staffing. This individual contributor role coordinates recruiting delivery from candidate identification and submission through interview, offer, and full-time onboarding. The person will work closely with recruiters, sales teams, clients, staffing partners, and candidates to keep opportunities moving and provide a smooth placement experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support recruiters or sales teams with candidate and job requirement coordination.

Source, screen, and qualify candidates for US IT staffing opportunities as needed.

Match candidate skills and experience to client requirements and help prepare submissions.

Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-ups.

Maintain timely communication with candidates, clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Track open requirements, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and placement status.

Coordinate full-time candidate onboarding from offer acceptance through confirmed start date.





Collect and route required onboarding documents and follow up on outstanding items.

Coordinate background checks and other client-required pre-employment steps.

Escalate delays, candidate concerns, or process issues that may affect a placement or start date.

Keep ATS/CRM records and trackers accurate and up to date.

Prepare activity and delivery status reports for the team.

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to recruiting delivery and onboarding workflows.

Qualifications

1 - 5 year's experience in US IT staffing, recruiting coordination, sales support, talent acquisition, or delivery operations.

Understanding of recruiting and placement workflows, from job intake through onboarding.

Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple openings and candidates while meeting deadlines.

Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems, spreadsheets, and recruiting tools.

High attention to detail when handling candidate records and onboarding documentation.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting both sales or talent acquisition teams.

Familiarity with full-time IT placements and client onboarding requirements.

Experience coordinating candidates with different work authorization statuses, where applicable.
