Role Description

The US IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based technology roles, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across software, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT domains. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Ahmedabad, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking; conducting initial interviews; assessing technical and cultural fit; and coordinating interviews with client hiring teams.

The recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, update recruitment trackers and ATS systems, and provide candidates with guidance on resumes, interview expectations, and US job market norms.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand client requirements, negotiating offers in line with US market standards, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications :

- Strong recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing for US-based IT and technology roles.
- Familiarity with US job market practices, time zones, employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), and common tech job profiles.
- Proficiency with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools, ATS platforms, and basic recruitment reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to conduct clear and structured candidate conversations.
- Ability to build and maintain candidate relationships, manage pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with capacity to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Ahmedabad, with flexibility to align with US working hours when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in HR, Business, or IT is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a US IT Recruiter or in technical recruitment is highly preferred.
- Understanding of software engineering, data, cloud, AI/ML, and cybersecurity roles sufficient to assess candidate fit is beneficial.
