The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US IT recruitment landscape and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various IT roles across the United States. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

Required Skills
