**Position: US HR Onboarding Manager

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Onsite (5 days)

Shift Timings: US Shift - Night Shift** Experience: 15 Years Working Days: Monday to Friday

- We are looking for an experienced US HR Onboarding Manager with a strong background in managing end-to-end US employee onboarding operations.
- Candidates with experience in top MNCs, Fortune 500 companies, Big 4 firms, or established global staffing organizations are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end onboarding for US W2 employees and C2C consultants.
- Handle US employment documentation, including I-9, E-Verify, W-4, and employment agreements.
- Coordinate background verification, employment verification, and drug screening.
- Ensure compliance with US federal and state employment requirements.
- Coordinate with US HR teams,



recruiters, clients, and candidates.
- Manage onboarding trackers, documentation, and employee records.
- Lead the onboarding team and monitor SLAs, productivity, and turnaround time.
- Prepare onboarding MIS reports and drive process improvements.

Required Skills

- 15 years of experience in US HR Operations / US Employee Onboarding.
- Strong hands-on experience with US onboarding and employment documentation.
- Knowledge of I-9, E-Verify, W-4, and background verification processes.
- Experience handling W2 and C2C onboarding.
- Robust stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and MS Excel skills.
