US HR Operations Executive – Fresher

ClickSoft Solutions LLC is hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our US HR Operations Team. Candidates will support US employee onboarding, documentation, compliance, and immigration coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist with US employee and consultant onboarding and offboarding.
- Collect and verify employee onboarding documents.
- Support Form I-9, E-Verify, and background verification processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR compliance trackers.
- Track Work Authorization (WA), EAD, and visa expiration dates.
- Coordinate H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT,



and H-4 EAD documentation.
- Assist with employment agreements, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork.
- Follow up with employees and vendors for pending documentation.
- Support payroll coordination and HR reporting.

Required Qualifications :

- Any bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, MBA preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work US night shifts.
