We are seeking an experienced US Delivery Head to lead our US staffing operations, manage recruitment teams, strengthen client relationships, and drive recruitment delivery and business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth US staffing knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving recruitment targets.

- Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage US recruitment teams to achieve hiring targets.
- Oversee end-to-end US recruitment, from sourcing to placement.
- Manage client and vendor relationships and understand hiring requirements.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and other recruitment platforms.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, team productivity, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Ensure quality candidate delivery, timely fulfillment,



and compliance with client requirements.
- Identify process improvements and drive overall recruitment performance.

- Skills and Qualifications

- 10–15 years of experience in the US recruitment and staffing industry.
- Minimum 5+ years of managerial experience within the US recruitment industry.
- Strong expertise in US IT staffing and recruitment operations.
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models, wherever applicable.
- Proven team leadership, client management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with recruitment KPIs, sourcing strategies, and ATS/CRM tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a target-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work US shift hours from our Ahmedabad office.
