Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for US Engineering / Non-IT roles

Sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and Boolean search

Candidate screening and interview coordination

Handling W2 / C2C / 1099 hiring models

Maintaining candidate pipelines and ATS documentation

Preferred

- Experience with MSP / VMS clients
- Experience working with direct US clients and implementation partners
- Exposure to industries like manufacturing, energy, automotive, or aerospace
