US Accounts Executive – Fresher

ClickSoft Solutions LLC is seeking motivated and detail-oriented freshers to join our US Accounts Team . Candidates will assist with US staffing accounting operations, invoicing, payment tracking, payroll coordination, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare and process client and vendor invoices.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) trackers.
- Collect and verify consultant timesheets and billable hours.
- Follow up with vendors regarding invoice payments and outstanding balances.
- Assist in processing W-2 and subcontractor payroll.
- Support invoice reconciliation and payment tracking.




- Maintain payroll records, billing reports, and financial trackers.
- Coordinate with US vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Assist in preparing margin and profitability reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports.

Required Qualifications :

- B.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or related degree.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work US night shifts.
