- We seek a detail-oriented andmotivated US Accounting Analyst to join our growing finance team. The idealcandidate will have a strong understanding of US accounting principles, generalledger processes, and financial reporting. You will play a key role in ensuringaccurate and timely financial records in accordance with US GAAP and internalcontrols.

Roles andResponsibilities:

- Perform day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger schedules and account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Support compliance with US GAAP, internal policies, and external audits.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all accounting entries and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data gathering and reporting.




- Assist in the automation and improvement of accounting processes.
- Stay updated with changes in US accounting standards and tax regulations.

RequiredSkill Set: B.Com, or CA Inter / CA Dropout with relevant experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting,preferably in a US-based or multinational environment.

Good understanding of US GAAP and generalaccounting principles.

Proficiency in Excel and accounting software(e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.

Ability to work independently and managemultiple tasks and deadlines.

Experience with US GAAP Consolidation andintercompany transactions. (preferred)

Exposure to working with remote teams or clientsbased in the US. (preferred)
