Must have telesales inside sales experience (Freshers with valuable communication skills are most welcome)

Interview mode : F2F those who r comfortable to attend f2F in sector 26 guru gram alone apply

Should b available immediately for direct f2F discussion if got short listed

Must be comfortable for rotational shift ( Day shift only for both male & female

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and close deals.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and feedback.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in BPO sales, cold calling, inside sales, outbound calling, telemarketing
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on verbal and written English proficiency.
