Role & responsibilities

- conduct property inspections and technical evaluation for home loan and loan against property cases.
- Assess Property market value, distress value and realizable value.
- Verify property documents, approved plans, construction status and property boundaries.
- Prepare technical reports as per company policies and credit guidelines.
- Evaluate property construction quality, age condition and stage of construction.

- coordinate with legal teams, credit teams, sales teams, and external technical agencies.
- Identify technical deviations, unauthorized construction and property related risks.
- Ensure timely completion of technical reports within the defined TAT

- Maintain proper records of property valuation and inspection reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience in home loan/ LAP technical valuation
- robust knowledge of property valuation and technical assessment
- Good Understanding of construction, property documents and approved plan.
- Candidate should be local.
