Metriqe Solutions is hiring experienced Finance & Accounting professionals with expertise in R2R, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Key Responsibilities

- Handle/review GL, month-end close, journal entries, and bank ,balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage AP activities, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing.
- Manage AR activities, including invoicing, cash application, collections, and customer reconciliations.
- Handle payroll accounting, sales tax workings, and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L; analysis, and management reports.
- Monitor team performance, review deliverables, and manage daily operations.
- Track errors, perform RCA,



and resolve outstanding reconciliation items.
- Coordinate with clients through emails and calls and ensure timely deliverables.

- 4-10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Strong experience in R2R(GL), AP, and AR processes.
- Good knowledge of US accounting and month-end closing.
- Experience in team handling and people management.

- Adaptable to work in US shifts.
